What is Shop Pay? Shop Pay is an installment payment platform that lets you pay for your purchase using a credit or debit card. Shop Pay automatically splits the purchase amount into 4 payments, every two weeks. Shop Pay lets you buy now and pay over time!
Why would I use Shop Pay? By using Shop Pay, you can split your AutoBrush purchase in 4, interest-free payments instead of paying for your purchase all at once.
What information does Shop Pay need? To sign up, all Shop Pay needs to know is your name, address, date of birth, US mobile number and a US debit or credit card.
Does Shop Pay support international transactions? Yes! You can view a full list of countries here
Is there a limit to how much I can spend with Shop Pay? Shop Pay splits up your payment purchase into 4 interest-free payments. Most of the items in our AutoBrush store is eligible for purchase through Shop Pay *Not every order is approved for Shop Pay. Shop Pay will charge 25% of the purchase amount at the time of the transaction. If you do not have this available at the time, then the order won’t process normally.
How do I sign up for Shop Pay? At checkout, choose Shop Pay as the payment option to be prompted to sign up through their website
Who can use Shop Pay?Anyone with a US debit or credit card.
How can I check my Shop Pay orders or account? Log in to Shop Pay's customer portal through the following link: https://app.Shop Pay.com/login
Will I be notified about my Shop Pay installments? Shop Pay sends out payment reminders via SMS and e-mail before each payment is due.
When is my first Shop Pay payment due? Your first payment of 25% of the total purchase price will be made at the time of checkout. The three remaining payments will be billed automatically, every two weeks from your first payment date.
Can I pay off my Shop Pay installments early? Yes, log in to Shop Pay's Customer Portal and choose the order you would like to pay off early. You can access the portal at this link: https://shop.app/pay/authentication/login
What if I have trouble paying my Shop Pay installments? Simply make sure to notify Shop Pay to avoid late fees if your payment method is not up-to-date or if you can’t make your next payment. You may contact Shop Pay by clicking here. Please note that Shop Pay will determine whether or not a payment date change can be honored.
Good to know: Please make sure to use the most up to date card information and that the credit/debit card does not expire within two months from the date of purchase to avoid payment errors.
If I return my Shop Pay order, will I receive a refund? Yes! If you return your order, you will receive a refund. Just like with a regular purchase! In the case of a full refund, as soon as we are notified of the return, you are refunded the amount you've paid to-date and Shop Pay cancels all future payments. Remember, if you have only made one installment payment, Shop Pay will only refund what you have paid, not the entire amount of the original purchase.
How do partial Shop Pay refunds work? If the refund is partial (for example, you’ve only returned part of an order, or we've added an additional refund ) Shop Pay will start by reducing your last installment by that amount, then if it is more than that, Shop Pay will deduct it from your last and second last installment - and so on.
