My AutoBrush® isn't charging

  1. Check if your AutoBrush® is seated properly on its charging pad.

  1. Make sure the charging pad is plugged into a working power source (power outlet). Check your charging pad if you can see the light indicator. If the light indicator is OFF, there could be an issue with the charging pad or the adapter. Try using a different adapter or a different USB cable.

  1. If the charging pad is ON, check your AutoBrush® if the charging light indicator is ON, if it is, leave it charging for 90 minutes.

  1. If the charging light indicator is OFF, it could mean that there's an issue with your AutoBrush®. Please reach out to our customercare@autobrush.com to check if your AutoBrush® qualifies for a replacement.
