How long will it take to process my order?

Your order will be processed within 1 business day, regardless of the shipping option selected during checkout. If your order is placed by 4 pm EST, it will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 4 pm EST will be shipped the following day.

In the event that certain items in your order are backordered, we will notify you within 24 hours of placing your order. Backordered items typically take up to 8 weeks to be restocked, depending on their availability.

Please note that we ship from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. While we offer express shipping, we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery.
