Can I change the shipping details after placing an order?

Because we pride ourselves in fulfilling orders as quickly as possible, there is a very short window of time where order changes/edits can be made. If you need to change the following information, please reach out to us as soon as possible in order for us to further assist:

  1. Address: If your order is being sent to the incorrect address, you can alternatively work with the carrier if your order is fulfilled to establish a forwarding address. You can find the contact information for the respective carriers we use here
  2. Order Items: If you placed an order, and want to change any of the items in your order, you can request that via email or chat. If, for any reason, we're unable to process the requested changes in time we can coordinate a return to exchange the item you wanted to be edited
